Warren Goldenberg, Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Goldenberg has spent the last 20 years of his career managing and advising biomedical and other venture-backed companies as an entrepreneur, executive and corporate lawyer.  Mr. Goldenberg served as the startup CEO of CardioInsight Technologies Inc. for three years ending in March of 2009.  CardioInsight is a spinoff of Case Western Reserve University which is commercializing electrocardiographic imaging technology which non-invasively images electrical activity on the surface of the heart.

Shauna Brummet, PhD.  Chief Operating Officer.  Dr. Brummet has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, including 11 years with United States Biochemical Corporation (USB) and its successors Amersham Life Sciences Inc. and Amersham Pharmacia Biotech, Inc., where she was responsible for new technology development, product development and quality control, and started the first commercial DNA sequencing service in the US.

Nancy Oleinick, PhD.  Chief Scientific Officer.  Dr. Oleinick is a Professor of Radiation Oncology, Biochemistry, Oncology and Environmental Health Sciences at Case Western Reserve University and is one of the world's leading authorities on photodynamic therapy mechanisms.  Dr. Oleinick worked with Dr. Malcolm Kenney to identify and develop Pc 4.  Dr. Oleinick has been a member of four NIH study sections; served as an associate editor for three journals including Photochemistry and Photobiology and is a past president of the American Society for Photobiology.
